The point of a holiday or a working week in Cyprus is the time you spend here, not the logistics around it. Yet the logistics are exactly what eats it — a transfer that does not show, a villa that looked nothing like the photos, a restaurant that has no table, a yacht booked sight unseen. We take that part off your hands. One team in Limassol arranges the flights, the cars, the house, the boat and the table, and stays on the line if anything needs to move.
ConciergeCY works with private clients, families and business travellers across Cyprus — people arriving for a week, a season, or between flights. Below is what we arrange, how the booking actually works, and what changes with the seasons here.
What we arrange
Most trips combine a few of these. We book them as one job, with a single person who knows the whole itinerary rather than six suppliers who each know their own slice.
Flights & transfers
Scheduled and connecting flights, and a driver waiting on arrival — to your villa, the marina or a meeting — instead of a taxi queue after a long day.
Fast-track airport
Meet-and-greet at Larnaca and Paphos: an agent at the aircraft or terminal who walks you through passport control and baggage straight to your car.
Villas & residences
Hotels, villas and private residences chosen for the area and the group — sea-front in Limassol, quiet in the hills, or a full house for a family week.
Premium car rental
From a chauffeured SUV to a convertible for the coast road, delivered to the villa or the airport, with the deposit and insurance handled for you.
Jets, yachts & helicopters
Private jets, helicopter hops between cities, motor and sailing yachts out of the marina, and jet-skis for a day on the water — matched to the group.
Bespoke trips & events
A day in the Troodos wine villages, a chef on the terrace, a birthday at sea or a proposal at sunset — built around the occasion and the people.
How it works
There is no form to fill in and no package to choose from. You tell us the dates, the people and roughly what you have in mind; we come back with options and prices, hold the ones you like, and book once you are happy.
- The brief. A short call or message — when you arrive, how many of you, what the trip is for, and the kind of standard you expect. Specifics help more than a budget number.
- Options & holds. We send a shortlist with real availability and prices, not a catalogue. While you decide, we hold the villa, the car or the boat so it does not go.
- The trip. Everything is confirmed before you land, you have one contact for the whole stay, and if a plan needs to change mid-trip we move it — a later table, an extra day on the yacht, a second car.
If you are settling here rather than visiting, our turnkey relocation to Cyprus service covers the residency, housing and family side of a permanent move.
What changes with the season
Cyprus does not switch off in winter, but the trip looks different across the year, and the booking window moves with it.
From June to September the coast is the centre of gravity — yachts out of Limassol Marina and Ayia Napa Marina, beach days, late dinners by the water. This is also when villas, the better boats and a specific car book out weeks ahead, so the earlier you tell us your dates, the more you actually get to choose from. Spring and autumn are the island's quiet luxury: warm sea into October, the Troodos villages at harvest, golf and hiking without the crowds, and far easier availability. Winter is for the mountains and the long lunches — snow on Olympos some years, a fire in a village taverna, the city quiet and the restaurants yours.
Whatever the season, the local part is where a concierge earns its place. Getting a table that shows as full, a villa that never reaches the listing sites, or a captain who knows the right coves comes down to who you can call — and after years on the ground in Limassol, that is most of what we bring.
Have a trip in mind?
Tell us the dates, who is travelling and the occasion. We will come back with real options and prices, hold the ones you like, and run the whole stay from one point of contact.
Start planningWhy clients use a concierge
- One point of contact. The flights, the house, the car and the boat are booked and run together, so there is one number to call when something needs to move.
- Access, not just booking. Tables, villas and boats that never reach the public sites come down to local relationships we have built over years here.
- Discretion. Private clients value that arrangements, names and movements stay between you and us. That is the default, not an extra.
- Russian, English and Greek. You deal with people who speak your language and the local one, so nothing gets lost in translation with a driver, a captain or a restaurant.
info Please note
Availability and pricing for villas, charters, cars and flights change with the season and with demand, so prices are confirmed per request rather than quoted as fixed rates. Charters and aviation are arranged through licensed local operators and partners; we coordinate them on your behalf. Tell us your dates and we confirm current options and costs for your specific trip.
