ConciergeCY is based in Limassol, and our personal assistant service is the everyday side of what we do. Not the once-a-year move or the big legal file — the steady stream of small, time-sensitive jobs that keep a household or a working week moving. You send a request; we make the calls, place the bookings and report back when it's done.
What we handle
Most requests fall into a handful of areas. You don't have to fit your task neatly into one of them — if it's reasonable and legal, it's worth asking.
Errands & admin
The logistical and administrative load — paperwork runs, deliveries, queuing at an office, returns, waiting in for a tradesperson, the things that need a person on the ground.
Recommendations & bookings
A straight answer on where to go and who to use — a clinic, a hairdresser, a mechanic, a babysitter — then the booking made for you, not just a list of links.
Personal shopping & sourcing
Finding a specific item, a gift chosen and wrapped, a hard-to-source product tracked down on the island or brought in, and delivered to your door.
Restaurants, theatre & events
Tables in Limassol and across Cyprus, including venues that only take calls, plus theatre, concerts and seasonal events — with your timing and requests handled.
Medical appointments
Booking consultations with doctors, dentists and specialists, coordinating dates and, if you need it, an interpreter or transport to and from the clinic.
Whatever's on your list
One-off or recurring, planned or last-minute. If it's something a capable, well-connected local could do for you, send it over and we'll tell you straight.
How it works
There's nothing to set up. You reach us by WhatsApp, Telegram or phone, and the work starts from there.
- You send the request. A line is usually enough — the what, the when, and any preference that matters. We ask only what we need to get it right.
- We confirm the plan. For anything that costs money or depends on a third party, you get a quick note on the options and the cost before we commit, so there are no surprises.
- We do the work. The calls, the queueing, the chasing — in the right language, with the venues and offices we already know.
- We close the loop. You hear back when it's booked, sourced or done. No news from us means it's still in hand, not forgotten.

The service suits three sorts of people in particular, though the line between them is blurry.
- Busy professionals. Founders, executives and people whose calendar is already full. The point isn't luxury for its own sake — it's getting two or three hours back each week and spending them on work or family instead of admin.

- Visitors and second-home owners. In Cyprus for a season or a few weeks and want it to run smoothly — reservations, a car arranged, the house ready before you land, someone reachable while you're here.
